Hello I had intially rated Mandal low due to the fact I had not received my $1500 deposit. I would like to say KD from finance fixed my issue and has explained that I should receive my refund in 48 hours. I am very appreciative for that. My overall experience wasn’t good but KD was very helpful in trying to get my deposit returned. At the time I made my initial review I had not received my deposit. I wanted to correct the record.
Service department did a great job repairing transfer case seals that failed under warranty. Quality work in a reasonable time frame.
Provided excellent service, he was very professional, answered my questions, I would recommend him to another Mandal customer..
All the work was done fine and finished even sooner than I expected. I only wish the cost was better spelled out initially. I wa told a price I thought was the whole cost and at the time I picked it up the actual cost was doubled. What I was quoted was only for part of the work and the cost for the rest of the work was not mentioned

Neil was great, and I really appreciated him trying to help. My frustration isn't with him—it's with the bank and the process. I left without getting the information I needed, and my contract doesn't even have the correct VIN on it. That makes me uncomfortable because I want to make sure everything is accurate before moving forward.

Not sure where to start but though the problem was repaired, there are issues with costs.
1. I knew that the problem was the power window regulator (I had already removed the door cover to secure the window that had fallen into the door well.
2. Though I was charged the $199 diag fee, I figured that was fair (see later on as though they were warned, he had to trouble shoot the connections to various switches in the door.)
3. Was told initial repair cost was $1700 as the tech stated I needed a new power window switch and motor.

I used to like bringing my vehicles here. I'd had my transmission and transfer case serviced a little over a month ago on my Ram, But then my engine started ticking a few days after getting it back from the shop. Nice facility. Customer service is great. Quality of the technicians are not good. I have some type of issue most every time I go.
It was a little confusing at the beginning when the receptionist asked if I had an appointment. I had communicated several times with the dealership and drove 5 hours to get there. After I got past the receptionist it was great. David and Brent both made sure I was happy and they got me out in a very timely manner. Both very respectful, helpful and kind.

Matt was awesome very friendly and knowledgeable. Dales manger was straight forward with numbers. Only issue was detailing department didn’t do their job they ran it back through detailing and it still wasn’t great. 1/5 for the detailing but sales was 10/10.

I purchased my Civic from this dealership, and within the first month I started experiencing serious issues. The battery kept dying, and I later found out there was a problem with the tensioner that caused the belt to rub, contributing to the issue.
I replaced the battery myself, but the problem continued. After taking it to AutoZone, I was told the alternator is bad, and replacing it will cost around $600 — meaning the new battery didn’t solve anything.
On top of that, the tires were already worn down and had to be replaced shortly after purchase.

I want to start by saying that the individuals I worked with were professional and respectful, and I appreciate the effort the technicians put into repairing my truck once all parts were available.
However, this was an extremely lengthy repair process — my 2023 Ram 1500 was down for over 45 days due to multiple major component failures, including internal engine and hybrid system repairs. While I understand some delays were due to manufacturer backorders, the overall experience was frustrating.

This is my 5th or 6th purchase from Mandal in the past 2-3 years. Love the buying experience here. I always drive 3-4 hours just to shop here for my jeeps. It doesn’t get much better than this. I highly recommend Cam at Mandal Jeep! Best car buying experience ever!

It was unclear where to drop off my car for the appt…then when I went to pick it up it wasn’t where I dropped it off. Nobody could find it. It’s a unique car and not hard to know if you have one hanging around. It was a waste of time trying to find my car and it was annoying. I’m sure the service was fine…just the customer service lacked.

Basically because the sales person didn’t give me an upfront price for changing fuel filters on my truck told me I had to come back when the truck is ready to get the price. Well when I come back my total ticket was $750. It was only expecting to spend about 350 what the xxxx would y’all have done if I didn’t have the money?
