This was probably the worse service I have ever received. It took them 2 hours to do a simple battery test/replacement.

Outstanding service encountered a new service member did great call for 730. Didn’t get a call back. I had to call back at 1:30 then they told me to call was ready.

The service team were great especially my interaction with Sammy and Andrew. They were upfront, honest and transparent They did not make me feel like an idiot. I fell 100% comfortable with them taking care of my vehicle without the worry of something being "shady".

I dropped my vehicle off on the 11th of May. It’s currently June 2nd & I’ve yet to receive my truck. I’ve heard numerous excuses but the current one is about the dealership not having the correct part for my truck. I’ve been without a vehicle for a few days now due to my warranty only covering a rental for so long. Professional all the way. Very helpful and kind service department and the parts department very helpful. The service, including mounting side step rails did not take very long. Thank you to all of them for being so helpful.
Tony was very informative and kept me updated on my service. He also noticed a problem with the front bumper cover and fixed it while it was there.

Matt was awesome very friendly and knowledgeable. Dales manger was straight forward with numbers. Only issue was detailing department didn’t do their job they ran it back through detailing and it still wasn’t great. 1/5 for the detailing but sales was 10/10.

Brought my car in to be fixed after another dealership was chasing electrical issues that werent the root cause of the code my car was throwing, so we brought it to mandal cdjr they got it in and tried something and it was fixed until the day I went to pick it up, so I let them hold onto it and they immediately got to work as they had a clue for what it could be. since nothing else worked and once the parts were in they tested it thoroughly and said it was finally fixed. The interaction with the staff was great. But it took three hours for a oil change and a tile rotation.
Great dealership! I will recommend Mandel to other people looking for a new or used car.
If you are going to keep a customer's vehicle for multiple days, it would be nice to have enough loners on hand for them to use. Other than that, great service and attitude. I have and would recommend Mandal.

Neil was a pleasure to deal with and he was knowledgeable, professional and very helpful.
I purchased my Civic from this dealership, and within the first month I started experiencing serious issues. The battery kept dying, and I later found out there was a problem with the tensioner that caused the belt to rub, contributing to the issue.
I replaced the battery myself, but the problem continued. After taking it to AutoZone, I was told the alternator is bad, and replacing it will cost around $600 — meaning the new battery didn’t solve anything.
On top of that, the tires were already worn down and had to be replaced shortly after purchase.

Everything was perfect. Walked in for an oil Change and tire rotation. Was very quick and Toby was super informative of everything.
Got right to it, once done it took some time to get the paper work ready to pay and go. The procedure to submit this review sucks.

My Durango was fixed fast and there was an area to watch TV and free snacks and drinks available. The service manager was very polite and helpful.

I want to start by saying that the individuals I worked with were professional and respectful, and I appreciate the effort the technicians put into repairing my truck once all parts were available.
However, this was an extremely lengthy repair process — my 2023 Ram 1500 was down for over 45 days due to multiple major component failures, including internal engine and hybrid system repairs. While I understand some delays were due to manufacturer backorders, the overall experience was frustrating.

It was unclear where to drop off my car for the appt…then when I went to pick it up it wasn’t where I dropped it off. Nobody could find it. It’s a unique car and not hard to know if you have one hanging around. It was a waste of time trying to find my car and it was annoying. I’m sure the service was fine…just the customer service lacked.

We had an excellent experience purchasing our Jeep Grand Cherokee. Cameron even reached out to us the next day to make sure we were still happy with our purchase.
Service manager had to get involved but I still do not trust their work. I had to take my vehicle elsewhere.
I live 2 hours away from Mandal but I make the drive from Laurel to let them service my Mopars because they make the experience so much more than just a service visit. I trusted them with my 2022 Dodge Charger Scat Pack, and now I trust them with my Ram 1500.
