We litterally drive 2 hours to this dealership, when we have at least 3 others within a 15 mile radius of where we live. We purchased our Jeep from Mandal and everything about this dealership is top notch! We simply "make a day of it" and go have lunch on the coast and have our Jeep serviced. Andrew is undoubtedly the nicest young man to deal with. We trust the service department there. Everyone is always personable. It's clean and well run. Just a great place!
Courteous and knowledgeable service department staff. Stopped in for an oil change & tire rotation which took a little over an hour. Nice not having to drop off my vehicle for a whole day that some other companies require.

Great Experience at Mandel Jeep I had a great experience at Mandel Jeep! I brought my 2025 Jeep Wrangler JLU in for the power steering recall, and everything went smoothly. The recall was completed and my Jeep passed with no issues. Adam, my service advisor, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. Hello I had intially rated Mandal low due to the fact I had not received my $1500 deposit. I would like to say KD from finance fixed my issue and has explained that I should receive my refund in 48 hours. I am very appreciative for that. My overall experience wasn’t good but KD was very helpful in trying to get my deposit returned. At the time I made my initial review I had not received my deposit. I wanted to correct the record.
Service department did a great job repairing transfer case seals that failed under warranty. Quality work in a reasonable time frame.

All the work was done fine and finished even sooner than I expected. I only wish the cost was better spelled out initially. I wa told a price I thought was the whole cost and at the time I picked it up the actual cost was doubled. What I was quoted was only for part of the work and the cost for the rest of the work was not mentioned

Neil was great, and I really appreciated him trying to help. My frustration isn't with him—it's with the bank and the process. I left without getting the information I needed, and my contract doesn't even have the correct VIN on it. That makes me uncomfortable because I want to make sure everything is accurate before moving forward.

Not sure where to start but though the problem was repaired, there are issues with costs.
1. I knew that the problem was the power window regulator (I had already removed the door cover to secure the window that had fallen into the door well.
2. Though I was charged the $199 diag fee, I figured that was fair (see later on as though they were warned, he had to trouble shoot the connections to various switches in the door.)
3. Was told initial repair cost was $1700 as the tech stated I needed a new power window switch and motor.

Purchase was stress free! Evan, our salesman was fantastic, answered all our questions, was very polite and personable! Neil was professional, courteous and very helpful in the process. Everything went smooth. Price quoted was a less then the final costs, but thats the norm it seems.
I used to like bringing my vehicles here. I'd had my transmission and transfer case serviced a little over a month ago on my Ram, But then my engine started ticking a few days after getting it back from the shop. I brought my Ram in to have parts replaced in my engine, and they tried to tell me my engine was shot and it would be $17k for a new one. Literally because they didn't want to fix $300 in parts. Nice facility. Customer service is great. Quality of the technicians are not good. I have some type of issue most every time I go.
It was a little confusing at the beginning when the receptionist asked if I had an appointment. I had communicated several times with the dealership and drove 5 hours to get there. After I got past the receptionist it was great. David and Brent both made sure I was happy and they got me out in a very timely manner. Both very respectful, helpful and kind.
This was a wonderful experience. They made it so easy and exceeded our expectations. I would definitely go back for our next vehicle.

Outstanding service encountered a new service member did great call for 730. Didn’t get a call back. I had to call back at 1:30 then they told me to call was ready.

I dropped my vehicle off on the 11th of May. It’s currently June 2nd & I’ve yet to receive my truck. I’ve heard numerous excuses but the current one is about the dealership not having the correct part for my truck. Tony was very informative and kept me updated on my service. He also noticed a problem with the front bumper cover and fixed it while it was there.

Matt was awesome very friendly and knowledgeable. Dales manger was straight forward with numbers. Only issue was detailing department didn’t do their job they ran it back through detailing and it still wasn’t great. 1/5 for the detailing but sales was 10/10.

Brought my car in to be fixed after another dealership was chasing electrical issues that werent the root cause of the code my car was throwing, so we brought it to mandal cdjr they got it in and tried something and it was fixed until the day I went to pick it up, so I let them hold onto it and they immediately got to work as they had a clue for what it could be. since nothing else worked and once the parts were in they tested it thoroughly and said it was finally fixed. If you are going to keep a customer's vehicle for multiple days, it would be nice to have enough loners on hand for them to use. Other than that, great service and attitude. I have and would recommend Mandal.

I purchased my Civic from this dealership, and within the first month I started experiencing serious issues. The battery kept dying, and I later found out there was a problem with the tensioner that caused the belt to rub, contributing to the issue.
I replaced the battery myself, but the problem continued. After taking it to AutoZone, I was told the alternator is bad, and replacing it will cost around $600 — meaning the new battery didn’t solve anything.
On top of that, the tires were already worn down and had to be replaced shortly after purchase.

My Durango was fixed fast and there was an area to watch TV and free snacks and drinks available. The service manager was very polite and helpful.
